About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team at iRecruit Care. As a leader in residential care, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our new care home in Cumbria. Requirements

- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and child development principles.
- Relevant qualifications in fields such as Social Work, Psychology, or Child Development.
- Certifications in areas like Child Protection or Trauma Therapy are highly valued.
