As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services and supporting the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for assisting the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience as a Residential Deputy Manager or similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also have a strong ability to work flexibly and manage multiple tasks, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. A salary of up to £33,112.56 per annum, including sleep-in shifts, is available for this role, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • Relevant experience as a Residential Deputy Manager or similar role

  • Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple tasks
