The Laurels is an award-winning care home that has been recognized as one of the top-rated care homes in the region. We are seeking a Residential Care Team Member to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care to older adults.

As a Residential Care Team Member, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to residents, as well as assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our experienced support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career development and growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths
  • Experience working in care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
