Residential Childcare Team Member

Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people? We are seeking a Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at North Lakes.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £15,685.91 per annum for unqualified candidates and £16,132.48 for qualified candidates, pro rata, with the potential to earn more with sleep-in shifts.
The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week in a shift pattern, supporting the daily needs of children and young people in a residential setting.
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with children, staff, and external agencies.

Job Description
