Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement individualized plans to support the needs of each young person, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide 24/7 support, responding to emergencies and addressing any concerns that may arise.
  3. Contribute to the creation of engaging, structured activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  4. Maintain accurate records, attending regular meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary assessments.
  5. Engage with families and carers, facilitating open communication and coordinating joint planning to ensure cohesive support.
