We are seeking a Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at North Lakes, where you will play a vital role in supporting the daily needs of children and young people in a residential setting.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £15,685.91 per annum for unqualified candidates and £16,132.48 for qualified candidates, pro rata, with the potential to earn more with sleep-in shifts.
About the Role
As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualised care plans, ensuring that each child's needs are met and exceeded.
