Childcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Support Specialist to join our team at North Lakes. As a Residential Youth Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to young individuals in a residential setting.
This is a part-time position with a 30-hour workweek, offering a competitive salary of £18,642.94 per annum (pro rata) with the potential to earn up to £21,900.22 with sleep-in shifts. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a higher salary of £19,312.80 per annum (pro rata), with the possibility of earning up to £22,570.08 with sleep-in shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and colleagues

About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with young people and has experience in childcare or education. You will be based in Carlisle and will work a shift pattern that includes evenings and weekends.
