Job Title: Residential Childcare Specialist

Nineteen Bespoke Care is a leading provider of residential care and education services for children and young people in the North East and North West of England. We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our young people, promoting their growth and development through a holistic and personalised approach. This role requires a passion for working with children who may present with emotional or behavioural difficulties, and a commitment to maintaining their individuality and promoting their positive development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide a safe and nurturing environment for our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs are met.
  • To lead activities and programmes designed to promote learning, skill-building, and personal growth.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results for our young people.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • To participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce (Level 3 or above).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in residential childcare settings.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
