This is a wonderful opportunity to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. As part of our team, you will have a high level of autonomy and flexibility in your role, working with a diverse group of young people. Your main duties will include supporting the daily routines of the boys, including getting them up, promoting personal hygiene routines, meals, and either school runs or activities. You will also be responsible for attending medical and other appointments, completing day sheets, and working with the boys on their targets. In addition, you will complete any food/other shopping needs, including meal preparation and kitchen hygiene/laundry duties.

We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young people and their families. The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification in childcare, such as a Diploma in Residential Childcare, and have experience working with young people with emotional behavioural disorders. A full UK driving licence and willingness to work towards a required qualification are also essential requirements.

The salary for this role is £12,428.91 per annum (unqualified) or £12,875.48 per annum (qualified). You will also receive a sleep-in allowance of £62.64 per night, potentially earning up to £3257 extra per year. Other benefits include up to 6 weeks' holiday per year, a rota pattern of 2 days on, 2 days off, and access to our Employee Discount Scheme and wellbeing programmes.
