Residential Support Manager

Creative Support is seeking a Residential Support Manager to lead our team at our care home in Carlisle. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage a small 27 bed residential care home and provide 24 hour support for older adults.
Job summary:
- Manage a small 27 bed residential care home in Carlisle.
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Experience working in a care environment, including management experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary and benefits:
- A salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
