Job Title: Residential Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Professional to join our team at North Lakes. As a key member of our childcare support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in our residential settings.

Salary: £12,428.63 pro rata (£26,100.12 FTE) per annum with a potential to earn up to £15,685.91 with sleep in shifts

Location: Carlisle

Contract Type: Part-time, permanent

Working Hours: 20 hours per week - shift pattern

The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare and a passion for delivering exceptional care and support. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality care and support to children in our residential settings

  • To work closely with other members of the childcare support team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support
