Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Creative Support. As a key member of our care staff, you will provide high-quality support to older adults living in residential care homes and Extra Care settings in Carlisle.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults, particularly those with dementia. Your goal will be to promote independence, maintain dignity, encourage inclusion, and support general health and wellbeing in a positive environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £21,000 - £25,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:
