About the Role:

In this Young People's Care Team Member position, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a secure, loving environment that promotes healthy development, self-esteem, and confidence.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and recreational activities.
  • Support the development of life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and time management.
  • Participate in educational and therapeutic activities designed to enhance cognitive and emotional growth.
  • Engage with young people, encouraging open communication, active listening, and empathy.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging, accessible activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
