The Role: Participation Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic Participation Officer who can work creatively with children and young people from a range of backgrounds to promote their participation and ensure their voices are heard. You will be responsible for supporting our Cumberland Youth Voice participation and engagement groups, working effectively as a champion of children's rights and voices.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a difference to the lives of children and young people in Cumberland. You will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and inclusive environment, working collaboratively with colleagues who share your passion for participation and engagement.

About the Job
