This locum opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their loved ones. As a Hospice Care Advocate, you will be responsible for:

• Advocating for patients' rights and preferences
• Facilitating communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participating in care planning and coordination efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:

• A degree in social work or a related field
• Experience working in healthcare, preferably in a hospice setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
