**Position Overview**:
As a Guest Advocate at VIDA Clinics, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with courtesy, efficiency, and empathy. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including verifying medical information and collecting payments.
- Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendars to optimise clinic efficiency.
- Answer incoming calls and address inquiries or route calls to appropriate team members.
- Provide accurate information about our services, clinic policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Uphold guest confidentiality and privacy at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Apple products and electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £22,500.00 per year
