Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver high-quality sermons that engage and inspire the congregation.
2. Provide guidance and support to individuals and families in need, including those in hospice care settings.
3. Create and lead educational programs for children and adults, focusing on relevant and impactful teachings.
4. Mentor church members, helping them grow personally and spiritually.
5. Participate in community outreach initiatives, such as fundraising activities, to support church missions.
6. Foster community engagement through worship services, prayer meetings, and other religious gatherings.
7. Collaborate with church leadership to develop strategic plans that align with the church's vision and mission.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pastoral roles or similar positions within a faith-based community.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire others through example.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey messages of faith.
• Experience working with children is highly desirable, along with a background in hospice care or similar supportive environments.
• A commitment to continuous personal development and education in theological studies or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups within the community while maintaining a strong sense of integrity and compassion.
