Executive Business Performance Manager

Prime Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Business Performance Manager to join its senior leadership team. In this role, you will drive the effectiveness of our executive team by coordinating and delivering strategic actions from the Group CEO within agreed timescales. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to align strategic and performance-based priorities, oversee project management of key initiatives, and ensure accountability for delivering against objectives.
Key responsibilities will include providing high-level administrative support for executive and senior leadership meetings, assigning, tracking, and following up on key actions to track and drive performance. You will also connect the dots across business activities, ensuring timely communication of critical performance information to the Group CEO.
The estimated salary for this position is £93,000 plus a 30% bonus and LTIP, with a base salary of around £73,500. We offer competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
