Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Lease Consultant to join our team in London. As a key member of our industrial lease consultancy business, you will be responsible for negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, and regears on behalf of landlords and tenants.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective and long-lasting relationships. Your exceptional negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and interpersonal ability will enable you to pursue business development opportunities and drive growth for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong network of internal and external contacts and be able to leverage these relationships to further develop business for Gerald Eve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals, and regears on behalf of landlords and tenants
  • Conduct property inspections and prepare third-party submissions
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of internal and external contacts
  • Pursue business development opportunities and drive growth for our clients
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge in valuing a range of property types, with experience in industrial being beneficial
  • Proven IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated with a real desire to deliver excellent customer service
  • Full driving licence
