Last year, we experienced a 50% growth spurt, with nearly £3 billion worth of cars bought on our site, and £ of cars listed for sale through our Sell My Car service.

The Role

We're seeking a talented Leasing Manager to join our Get-Your-Car Commercial division in London. As a key member of our team, you'll establish strong relationships with our strategic leasing partners, drive performance on our Leasing marketplace, and support the growth of new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on Carwow leasing, understanding industry challenges and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leasing partners, helping them maximize ROI and explore new commercial opportunities
  • Deliver performance insights and process recommendations to leasing partners
  • Analyze deal supply, identify gaps in our marketplace, and procure new deals from existing and new clients
  • Introduce Carwow leasing to new strategic partners, onboard, and train them to get the most out of our platform
  • Support leasing management with B2B marketing, PR, and new revenue streams for UK leasing
  • Liaise with colleagues in our Marketplace, OEM, and Marketing teams to deliver the Carwow leasing service to our partners
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, with a consultative and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Autonomous, proactive, and goal-oriented, with experience in Account Management/Client-facing roles
  • Confident manipulating data in Excel, with experience analyzing and presenting business opportunities
  • Automotive experience is not essential, but a passion for the industry is a plus
