About Our Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Territory Development Specialist to drive sales growth within key GP accounts in the UKI. This role offers a unique blend of strategic account management, collaboration, and practice development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets, focusing on high-growth potential accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new high-potential accounts and develop targeted plans for maximum growth.
  • Use data/analytics to inform customer decision-making and ensure seamless adoption of Align solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required; minimum 5 years outside B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals, with industry experience selling medical devices or capital equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including CRM systems like Salesforce.
