Pharmaceutical Territory Manager

Responsibilities:
- Foster growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets within designated areas.
- Budget optimization requires tailoring approaches to suit individual customer needs.
- Stay informed about regional markets, healthcare settings, patient demographics, and influential figures to share insights with relevant colleagues.
- Contribute to strategic planning by suggesting optimal resource allocations and recommending suitable programs for customers, practices, and systems.
- Collaborate with regional business leaders and stakeholders to create customized business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Share expertise and best practices with fellow neuroscience sales specialists.
- Ensure precise and timely administrative support for tasks including time tracking, sales data collection, customer goal setting, response coordination, sample distribution, and expenses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales; 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals desired.
- Prior success in launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and valid driver's license are essential.
- Salary range: $120,000 - $155,000
