Responsibilities:

  • Foster growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets within designated areas.
  • Budget optimization requires tailoring approaches to suit individual customer needs.
  • Stay informed about regional markets, healthcare settings, patient demographics, and influential figures to share insights with relevant colleagues.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by suggesting optimal resource allocations and recommending suitable programs for customers, practices, and systems.
  • Collaborate with regional business leaders and stakeholders to create customized business plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Share expertise and best practices with fellow neuroscience sales specialists.
  • Ensure precise and timely administrative support for tasks including time tracking, sales data collection, customer goal setting, response coordination, sample distribution, and expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales; 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals desired.
  • Prior success in launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales is a significant plus.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and valid driver's license are essential.
  • Salary range: $120,000 - $155,000
