About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team, focusing on customers within the Pharmaceutical and Biotech segments. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an evolving team, driving growth and development in laboratory equipment and consumables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve Annual Operating Plan targets for assigned territories.
  • Work closely with key distributors to ensure strong collaboration and effective sales strategies.
  • Built and maintain existing customer relationships through regular face-to-face meetings and utilize multiple routes to market, including channel partners and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proactively anticipate pipeline changes and develop sales forecasts to address potential shortfalls.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide excellent customer service.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
