Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global OEM Sales Professional to join our team in the EMEA territory. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical sales expertise and drive business growth for Oxford Instruments Andor.

About the Job

This role will involve working closely with key accounts, developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets. You will have extensive experience managing OEM customers, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the EMEA territory
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing key accounts and potential new OEM customers throughout the sales process
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Service, Marketing, Applications, and Sales resources to achieve assigned targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, or Physics
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products, such as spectroscopy or confocal microscopy
  • 2 years of experience managing OEM customers
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing territory-specific sales strategies to achieve goals
  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms and proficiency in MS Office apps
