We are IC Resources, a leading recruitment agency specialising in the placement of skilled professionals in the technology sector. We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Global Sales Operations to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of success in streamlining sales processes and improving sales efficiency.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of sales operations professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Developing and implementing sales processes to improve sales efficiency.
- Analyzing sales data to inform sales strategies and improve business outcomes.
The successful candidate will be based at our Oxford office, with regular travel to meet with clients and partners. Estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
