We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at CV Library in Daventry. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting a culture of safety excellence within our automotive restoration sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety management, with experience in implementing and maintaining effective safety protocols. You will work closely with our operations teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Guidance and Expertise: Provide expert advice on EHS strategy and promote a culture of safety excellence
- Continuous Improvement Advocate: Establish corrective action processes to address safety concerns and compliance gaps
- Empowerment through Training: Provide comprehensive training programs to equip stakeholders with knowledge and skills to champion safety
