About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Project Manager to join our team at CBRE Local UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in project management to lead projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Coordination: Coordinate on-site works in accordance with client change programs, review RAMS, and monitor QHSE performance of the supply chain.
  2. Supplier Management: Coordinate a range of suppliers and subcontractors in accordance with site works and scoped output.
  3. Quotations and Planning: Provide quotations based on site requirements and recommendations, plan on-site works, and produce project plans.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and flag all risks associated with each project.
  5. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety policy and process across both internal works and supply partner activities.

Requirements: Proven track record in a project management role, demonstrable experience in managing suppliers/subcontractors, previous project management experience including monitoring of timelines and costs, IT skills - MS Project.
