About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a large-scale project involving the construction of RC structures as part of five MEP Tunnel Headhouses. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our £250m RC Frame project.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

">
  • ">
  • Leading and managing a team of sub-contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects efficiently and safely.">
  • Oversight of the project programme to ensure timely completion within budgeted costs.">
  • Liaising with the Contracts Manager and Project Coordinator to drive a consistent and proactive approach to health and safety on site.">
  • Managing hazards and risks, ensuring all contractors and visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites.">
  • Monitoring progress and building an understanding of project budgets to drive efficiencies.">
  • Oversight of contractor performance.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • ">
  • Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager.">
  • Experience working within the construction industry for a Main Contractor, specifically on design and build projects.">
  • Solid knowledge of JCT and NEC Conditions of Contract.">
  • Experience with RC Framework and MEP head houses.">
  • SMSTS certification.">

Salary and Benefits:

">

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £80,000 per annum, plus car allowance and two annual pay rises.
