The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult psychiatry, with expertise in working with survivors of acquired brain injury, individuals with neurodegenerative conditions, and complex physical health needs. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the medical service, evaluating its effectiveness through audits, and ensuring that clinical policy and practice are research-based and of excellent standard.

We offer a competitive annual salary of £**£120,000**, a generous car allowance of £8,400, and 30 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off. You will also receive a Group Personal Pension Plan (GPPP) and pension contribution, life assurance, free meals while on duty, career development and training opportunities, wellbeing support, and medical indemnity cover.

In this role, you will work closely with external stakeholders to map and facilitate service users' journeys back into the community, contribute to the training and education of staff, and participate in ongoing research projects in the Directorate.
