Role Description:
You will manage build cost, maximize margin, and enhance value for our clients while achieving required standards and quality. Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Manage build cost and optimize resources

About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
  • Live within commutable distance of Bromsgrove, UK
  • Previous Industrial or Multirooms project experience (preferred)
  • Construction industry experience for a main contractor

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 plus benefits including company pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, and opportunities for progression and growth.
