Job Title: Site Delivery Specialist

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

We are seeking a Site Delivery Specialist to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering on-site works, including liaison with site agents and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate on-site works, including producing project plans and tracking progress.
  • Liaise with site agents and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Hold initial and routine site meetings in line with project programmes and client processes.
  • Identify and flag risks associated with each project and ensure compliance with in-house project management policies and procedures.
  • Manage project costs and track deviations from the programme.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a project management role.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Previous project management experience, including monitoring of timelines and costs.
  • IT skills - MS Project.
  • CSCS, SMSTS, and similar accreditations regarding site control and H&S.
