About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Badby Park in Daventry. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation and condition management of our residents, maximizing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive neurological assessments, treatment planning, and interventions to improve function and independence with ADLs.
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic activities to promote recovery and wellbeing.
- Liaise closely with community colleagues to facilitate complex discharge planning.
- Evaluate outcomes aligned to care plans and make recommendations for service improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be HCPC registered, passionate about working with people with neurological conditions, and have experience in managing a designated caseload using knowledge of relevant Occupational Therapy theory.
