Appoint Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join their team at their specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service in Daventry, Northamptonshire.

About the Role

This part-time position offers the opportunity to work as a clinical leader, supervising and consulting with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality interventions for residents with complex physical and neurological conditions.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of occupational therapy frameworks, assessment tools, and intervention strategies, as well as experience in managing a diverse caseload and providing expert guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and plan tailored interventions for residents.
  2. Supervise and consult with the multidisciplinary team to ensure best practices are implemented.
  3. Promote occupational therapy innovation within the service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  2. Strong knowledge of occupational therapy frameworks, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
  3. Career development pathways at all levels.
  4. Opportunities for training and sponsorship of professional qualifications (subject to appraisal and performance).
  5. Paid certifications and ongoing support for professional growth.
