Daventry, United Kingdom Bush & Company Rehabilitation Full time

**Location: United Kingdom - field based**
**Contract Type: Full time, Permanent**

Taking your care, passion, skills and experience in a new direction.

You're a clinician who has gained valuable skills and experience supporting people after life changing injuries and illness and understand how the right support and care can enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
You understand the importance of building connections and trust with multiple professionals, children, young people, adults and families and you act in a proactive, solution focused way using sound clinical reasoning in your actions.

And importantly, you value your clinical skills and experience as much as we do; knowing the difference you can make to people.

In your next step in your clinical care you're committed to managing a case load of clients through their rehabilitation. You'll lead on assessment in the home and their rehabilitation and goal setting. You'll signpost and advocate for what they need, you'll assess and monitor and you'll know exactly what needs to be in place for the people you support to live a fulfilled life; whether that be accessing services, reintroduction into their communities and social lives, accessing work or meaningful activity and so on. You'll appreciate how much a catastrophic injury can change lives and the importance of creating safe, effective and enabling environments for injured people and their families.

You'll join our network of specialist clinicians to support some of the most vulnerable children, young people and adults following life changing injuries such as Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries, amputation and limb loss, psychological injuries and more.

But you won't do that alone. Joining Bush & Co as a member of the case management and rehabilitation team means you'll become part of an organisation renowned for its knowledge, expertise and quality; an organisation solicitors, insurers, clients and their families rely upon and trust.

You'll have support and guidance in so many ways including administration, governance, safeguarding, CPD and training, quality assurance and so much more. Things like accompanying you to your first three assessments in the clients home, enrolling you on our case management and clinical mentorship programme, providing tips and tricks on working within the medico-legal sector and being a listening ear when you need us is what we think makes us special.

We also know that in changing direction in your clinical career, you'll have questions. You will have support from your dedicated clinical operations manager and access to a wealth of knowledge and experience within Bush & Co to access.

We are open to full-time, part-time and flexible working options. On top of a competitive salary, being part of an established clinical, multi-disciplinary team, annual leave, pension and benefits such as Death in Service and Simplyhealth Health Cash Plan including an Employee Assistance Programme you'll experience the Bush & Co Way; a purpose to transform the lives of our clients and a way of working that sees us challenge the status quo, care about what we do, learn from each other and never take our eyes off the end goal and we think that's pretty special.

Over our 30 years in the sector, we've found it really beneficial to those you are supporting that you have three year's clinical experience so you're able to support a complex case load and previous case management experience is advantageous too. You'll also need to hold clinical registration with an appropriate clinical body (i.e. HCPC, NMC, SWE) and hold a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle. Aside from that, we'll provide training on the role but some advantages would be community-based experience of establishing or implementing rehabilitation packages.

You may have experience of the following: Case Manager, Rehabilitation Case Manager, Rehabilitation, Healthcare, Clinical Case Manager, Nurse, General Nurse, Paediatric Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Social Worker, Health Visitor, Brain Injury, Multi-disciplinary etc.
