About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Site Protection Specialist to join our security team at Anchor Group Services in Daventry.

As a Site Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for protecting our clients' properties, people, and assets by providing high-level security services.

You will work closely with our regional supervisors to ensure that all site-specific procedures are followed and that any incidents or irregularities are reported and escalated promptly.

The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Licence as a minimum and be able to provide a high level of customer service to visitors to the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Protecting client property, people, and/or assets by providing security services in accordance with site-specific procedures.
  • Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing offenders of policy and procedures.
  • Preventing and escalating incidents in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner to the Control Room/Shift Manager/Operations Manager/Emergency Services.
  • Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Maintaining organisation's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • Full 5-year employment checkable history.
  • Valid frontline SIA licence DS or SG.
  • Customer Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner.
  • Flexible to meet job requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Smart appearance and be well-groomed.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • High level of enthusiasm and passion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
