**Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced Regional Clinical Development Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in four of our care homes.

This is a regional role requiring regular travel, and the ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a sharp analytical mind, and the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on action plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical governance and quality of care in four care homes
  • Review and analyse clinical governance databases and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet regulations and improve care delivery
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration. You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
