Care Team Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Resident Care Coordinator. As a key member of the care team, you will supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. You will also deliver quality, person-centred care and support to residents.
Key Responsibilities:

- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Deliver quality, person-centred care and support to residents
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
* Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year
