Care Team Leader Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Care Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and delivering high-quality care and support to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Care Assistants
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Deliver quality, person-centred care and support to residents

Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
* Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly

Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £36,000 per year
