About the Position:
">We're currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care home staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

">Your Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong understanding of clinical care for the elderly, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. We're looking for someone who is warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualised care and support. A relevant qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, is also essential.
