Clinical Development Lead

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Development Nurse to lead and support our care homes in delivering exceptional clinical governance and quality of care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our homes meet the highest clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the performance of each home to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Analyse clinical governance data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Work closely with regional directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to implement improvements and address any issues that arise
We are looking for an experienced nurse with a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will have worked in a care home environment and have a proven track record of leadership and mentorship.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on action plans. A competitive salary of £44,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
