Wellbeing Support Lead

About the Role:
You will be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and delivering quality care and support to residents. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional care and promoting a positive wellbeing environment for all residents.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Deliver quality, person-centred care and support to residents
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
* Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year
