We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our clinical team to ensure their needs are met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and support a team of Care Assistants
- Support the clinical team in medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for our residents
