Job Description

This dynamic role requires an experienced nurse with a proven track record in senior leadership roles. Key responsibilities include:

Key Tasks
  • Serve as a role model for junior staff members, demonstrating exceptional leadership and clinical skills.
  • Assess individual patient needs and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage care staff effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Participate in the development of staff rotas to optimize team performance and efficiency.
Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Current active NMC registration.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of senior nursing experience.
  • Brain Injury experience desirable, though not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

  • A base salary of £40,014 per annum, rising to £43,314 with experience.
