About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a team within Adult Social Care, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for service users. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of social care legislation, leadership experience in Adult Social Care, and an Occupational Therapy qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver person-centred care and support services.
  • Contribute to service improvements and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
