Job Title: Dry Finishing Supervisor

Bennett (Construction) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dry Finishing Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the dry finishing operations on site, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with site managers, senior engineers, quantity surveyors, purchasing managers, quality and environmental managers, site clerks, and health and safety officers to ensure effective coordination and communication.
  • Assist with the control of plant and equipment on site.
  • Compile labour allocation sheets for all Bennett Direct labour and hired labor involved in finishing trades.
  • Maintain a daily site diary recording all manpower levels for finishing trade sub-contractors and keep accurate notes of on-site activities.
  • Schedule weekly work programmes for finishing trades and review weekly progress reports from the master construction programme.
  • Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
  • Deal with all health and safety issues on site.
  • Motivate labourers and sub-contractors.
  • Attend Bennett weekly management team meetings.
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to the site team while maintaining a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Preferably 5 years of experience as a Finishing Manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
