Senior Finishing Manager

A senior opportunity for a Finishing Manager to lead the team on a £60m Retirement scheme in Cambridge.
You will oversee works from 1st fix and 2nd fix through to handover, ensuring a high-quality finish.
Our client is a Tier 2 Main contractor that focuses on Residential projects in the Northern home counties from £10 - £100m.
This project comprises 132 one, two and three bedroom flats with care, communal health, wellbeing and leisure facilities, public open space, landscaping, car parking, access and associated development and public access countryside park.
This role will be paying up to £60,000 + a generous package, reflecting the importance of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the finishing works from 1st fix to handover
Ensure a high-quality finish on all projects
Collaborate with the project team to deliver the project on time and within budget
Develop and implement effective finishing strategies to meet client expectations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finishing Manager in Residential projects
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
