Production Operative Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Machinery and Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment to meet production targets.

  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on finished products and report defects to ensure quality standards are maintained.

  • Work Area Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Stock Management: Assist with stock management and packing of products, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets, maintaining attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
