We are seeking a skilled Production Quality Manager to join our team at Novocol Pharma. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for managing production quality processes, investigating deviations, and ensuring compliance with GMP regulations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Leads and directs a team of staff in accordance with company policies and standard business practices.
  • Manages quality processes, including the Investigation Program and quality system processes.
  • Develops and implements actions to achieve set quality, safety, and production targets.
  • Supports Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives for the production floor.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Excellent technical writing skills and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
