Job Title: Technical Product Owner (Customer Support Applications)

Location: Cambridge/Hybrid

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team at Cambridge University Press & Assessment. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product backlogs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, and ensuring that customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Ensure that customer needs are met through effective product development and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize product features
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Strong skills with expertise in CRM technologies, especially in Customer Support Applications
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and other collaboration tools
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and share knowledge and experience with the rest of the group
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
