Crop Production Technicians play a vital role in the success of our farm operations at Eastern Farms Ltd. We are seeking an experienced and skilled technician to join our team, responsible for operating our John Deere 9RXs and ensuring the efficient and effective production of crops.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in arable farming, with experience in sprayer and combine operation, as well as a thorough understanding of crop management principles. PA1, PA2, and PA4 certification is essential, along with a full UK driving licence and a clean driving record.

We offer a competitive salary of around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive training and access to modern farm machinery.
